Adrian and Lyndsey’s new addition to the family

Anglia Engineering Solutions Procurement Manager, Adrian Bolton and his wife Lyndsey became the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy on Thursday 4th August, 2016 at 10:03am. Adrian and Lyndsey have named the new addition to their family Theo-Lee Jay.

After hoping to have Theo at home for a pool birth things didn’t quite go to plan. Theo arrived a week after their due date and was born at the Grimsby Maternity home, weighing in at a healthy 8lb 7oz.

Theo has two very proud siblings, Alyssia who is 13 and Harry aged 5. Adrian said, ‘Mum did fantastic and Alyssia and Harry are besotted already with their little brother.’

A Fitness For Service assessment is used to determine if process equipment is fit to continue operation for some desired future period. The equipment may contain flaws, have sustained damage, or have aged so that it cannot be evaluated by using the original design codes. API 579 is an industry recommended practice that can be used to evaluate equipment for continued operation adding value to our Clients’ operations.

Fitness For Service Assessments of existing equipment is available for:

  • Brittle fracture
  • General metal loss
  • Localised metal loss
  • Pitting
  • Laminations
  • Weld misalignment and shell distortion
  • Crack-like flaws
  • Creep
  • Fire damage
  • Hydrogen blisters
  • Hydrogen damage associated with HIC/SOHIC
  • Dents and gouges

Qualified assessors with experience of assessments in process equipment, pipelines, boilers and storage tanks, using Industry recognised software.
