Two of the On Line Group’s personnel are going on the holiday of a lifetime.

Leila Davidson, Recruitment Coordinator at On Line People and her partner Joe Peddie a Civil Engineer with On Line Design are taking a 4 month sabbatical leave of absence in order to travel around the world together.

Leila aged 27 and Joe aged 26 have been together for 6 years since they met at college, and although they have visited the USA before, they decided that they would like to go on one last major expedition before they settle down to save and buy a house together.

They will be flying out of the UK on Thursday 24th September and their first stop will be Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. They intend to hire a car and spend a couple of weeks in Canada before driving to Seattle in the USA and touring along the west coast down to Los Angeles.

From L.A. they will fly to Miami in Florida and visit the Florida Keys amongst other exciting places, before flying to Costa Rica and onwards to New Zealand. They intend to hire a camper van in New Zealand and tour both the North and South Islands. At Christmas they are taking a break from their tour of New Zealand in order to spend the Christmas period on a secluded desert island in the Cook Islands.

After returning to New Zealand in the New Year, they will continue their tour before flying home from Auckland via a short beach break in Bali (if Leila gets her own way), with the intention of returning to work at the beginning of February. Returning to Grimsby will not quite be the end of Leila’s travels since next year she is starting a degree course in Business Management at Hull University.
